ADHD Founders Connect: ADHD-friendly strengths based business planning

ADHD-friendly strengths based business planning"

ADHD brains often struggle with planning because executive functioning can make the whole process feel heavy and overwhelming. Limiting beliefs can also get in the way - thoughts like “I’ll never be able to do that” can stop us setting goals altogether. We think that if we don't set goals, we can't fail. But growing your business without goals and planning is a bit like wandering in the dark!

* Once you set a goal and break it into steps, it becomes far more manageable and you can see what needs to happen next.

* A strengths-based approach helps ADHD founders plan in a way that feels clearer, lighter and genuinely doable.

In this session we will explore:

  • What your strengths are and how to use them to achieve your goals
So you can achieve your goals faster and with more ease.

  • How to spend as much time as possible working with your strengths
Because this is where ADHD brains naturally thrive.

  • What you need to reduce or support your weaker areas
You'll build the right systems around them and stop blocking your progress.

After the workshop, please feel free to join us for lunch/co-working from 1pm-5pm.
