What is the ADHD Impact Social Club?

ADHD bingo, speed networking, “would you rather?”, deep chats & no pressure to join in…

Just good vibes & real connection.

This is a relaxed, informal evening designed with ADHD brains in mind.

Sometimes big crowds just feel like too much - and we totally get that.

That's why our events are intimate and capped at 15 people, so your brain can relax, breathe, and genuinely connect.

No awkward ice-breakers. No posturing. Just real conversations with people who get the ADHD ride.

We focus on connection, not performance.

  • A warm welcome when you arrive, in whatever mood you're in.

  • Optional activities, gently guided so you can join if you feel like it or hang back and observe.

  • Time to pause the business brain – yes, we do talk about business – but it’s more about ditching the professional “business persona” mask and skipping the “what do you do” small talk – so we can just chat about life, energy, quirks, wins and messes.

Whether you're craving new ADHD-friendly friendships or wanting to feel less alone in your day-to-day life, this is the space for you.

Come as you are. Leave feeling seen.

Your ticket price includes one drink. If you want to get some food, the Town Wall has a lovely menu and you can order food separately.
